A message from the founder
Ever since I can remember I've always been interested in moving pictures. Growing up I realised I have a unique ability to translate written content into visual mediums; being a writer and a photorealist painter, adapting these abilities to film was a natural progression. After graduating with degrees in Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation and Film, I found a job producing and directing.
My creative tools nowadays are top-end movie cameras, lighting kits, edit and audio suites, 3D CGI and compositing systems, all of which I enjoy operating on all my projects ... and the scope is limitless.
After working for some of the industry's finest broadcast channels, I decided to start my own production company. It gives me a unique opportunity to choose my projects, manage my time and work with the very best in the business.

Having specialised in Directing, Producing and Shooting military films for 20 years, working with the Special Forces of several nations (including UK), embarking on expeditions, training missions and (in the case of certain South American SF) front-line raids with them for broadcast and military projects, I was endorsed and put forward by my military contacts working on the show to Direct Channel Four's SAS Who Dares Wins. Unfortunately (without our knowledge until far too late) a producer called a different Phil Turner with no such experience and he took the project.

Since leaving the BBC as a Director in 1999 (having worked with dozens of major stars, public figures and every BBC production department on many major prime-time terrestrial series and one-off launches with Creative Services, also producing and directing series for UKTV), interspersed with the Corporate Films and Commercials, my career has been jumping in and out of helicopters on one action-packed shoot or another, living with remote tribes, surviving the world's harshest environments with the military elite, risking life and limb several times creating films on mountains, in jungles, in deserts and in violent locations.
The true professionals I work with at PTP are people I trust implicitly.
